The Application Form can be downloaded from here, filled in and then printed off for submission to the Trust Office. Because applications invariably require supporting documentation, they must be posted or couriered to the Trust Office. E-mailed or faxed forms can not be accepted. A copy of the Grants Policy is also able to be downloaded and should be read carefully before any application is completed.
